NSM Degree College organized “Cyber Crime and Prevention” seminar on 08 th
April, 2023 in the College Premises to create awareness about Cyber security
and Cyber Crime among Students and Teachers.
The Seminar started with Lighting of the lamp. Welcome speech was given by
our Principal Dr. Pratibha N Jha.
A delightful beginning was made. Cybercrime is a crime involving
a computer or computer network. The computer may have been used in
committing the crime, or it may be the target. ] Cybercrime may harm
someone's security or finances.
The Seminar made the students aware of the different frauds, threats,
problems in the world of internet and how to secure oneself against such
threats and frauds.
The NBT Newspaper has published the article of our College in the newspaper
and also praised our College for having a seminar on such a Global Issue.
